Colorado Trail System (Lower)Goodupdated Jun 24, 202206.24.22 Durango Trails saw crews have cleared over 125 downed trees on Segment 28 this season (Junction Creek, Dry Fork, Hoffheins, High Point, Wall’s Gulch, Champion Venture). More trees will fall but the segment is good to go. Effective 6/24 San Juan NF and La Plata County are moving into Stage 1 Fire Restriction (step down from Stage 2). SW Colorado remains in severe drought so fire managers will continue to evaluate conditions.
