Blackhawk Pass
Cutthroat Trail
Cutthroat is a 5.5 mile trail above the East Fork of Hermosa Creek beginning at the intersection of Relay Creek and Cascade Divide Road.
Half Ridge Trail
In 2022, Durango Trails, working with the City of Durango, created a one-mile contour trail to replace an old 30% slope fire access road. This new trail connects to the Progressive Ridge, an area with many trails including: Charmed, EZ, Flame Out, Extended Ridge, Half Ridge, Charmed, EZ, Kitty Charmer, Raider Ridge and Hyper Extended Ridge.
Aspen Loop Trail
The Aspen Loop is a 39 mile double track loop. There are some steep climbs and some rocky areas, but in general a very rideable, hikeable trail.
Big Lick
Bolam Pass Road climbs 4 miles until the road levels out and connects to the Colorado Trail (at high country).
Drop Over Trail
Drop Over Trail is a short trail segment which connects Cuchillo Trail to the Horse Gulch Road.

Sick Bird Trail
Sick Bird is a difficult trail that parallels the eastern edge of the main Animas Mountain Trail loop.
Merve Trail
Merv Trail is often coupled with the Swerve Trail and is just north of the popular Sailing Hawks Trail in Dalla Mountain Park.
